Heather has been the Manager of the House for almost 15 years. Her career has included being a Money Market dealer, State Member of Parliament and a kindergarten assistant.

She became involved with her local neighbourhood house, Morrison House in Mt Evelyn, after becoming widowed and pregnant 30 years ago.

Heather always claims that Neighbourhood Houses changed her life.

She is very passionate about social justice and implements this into all programs at our House. Our House being an inclusive and welcoming space for the community is something she is very passionate about.
