We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of our adult education programs and support positive outcomes for our community.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of pre-accredited and general adult education programs. You will play a key role in ensuring programs are high-quality, compliant, and responsive to community needs.

Key Responsibilities
•  Plan, coordinate and evaluate adult education programs
•  Manage ACFE pre-accredited training contracts and compliance
•  Recruit, support and supervise trainers and facilitators
•  Monitor program outcomes, attendance and learner feedback
•  Prepare reports and documentation for funding bodies
•  Support learners with pathways, wellbeing and inclusion
•  Build partnerships with local organisations and stakeholders
•  Contribute to program planning, innovation and funding opportunities
•  Assist with marketing and promotion of programs

About You
You are a collaborative and community-minded professional with experience in adult education or program coordination.

Essential
•  Experience in adult community education or program coordination
•  Knowledge of ACFE pre-accredited programs and reporting
•  Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
•  Ability to support diverse and vulnerable learners
•  Understanding of (or willingness to learn) NHACE Agreement conditions

Desirable
•  Qualifications in education, training or community development
•  Experience in Learn Local or Neighbourhood House settings
•  Familiarity with student management systems (e.g. Social Planet)

Selection Criteria
1.  Describe your experience in adult community education or program coordination.
2.  Outline your knowledge and experience with ACFE pre-accredited programs and reporting requirements.
3.  Provide an example of how you have supported diverse or vulnerable learners to achieve positive outcomes.
4.  Describe your experience supervising or supporting trainers, staff or volunteers.
5.  How do you build and maintain partnerships with community organisations or stakeholders?
6.  What strategies do you use to ensure programs are inclusive, engaging and responsive to community needs?

Requirements
•  Current Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
•  Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
