The Committee of Management is proud to present the TBCH Strategic Plan 2026–2031 – Strategic Vision and Growth.
Since opening in 1987, TBCH has continued to grow and evolve in response to the needs of our community. Our vision remains clear: to be a vibrant hub of community activity, providing a welcoming and inclusive place where people can learn, connect, participate and contribute.
This Strategic Plan provides our direction for the next five years and reflects our commitment to the values of Respect, Social Justice, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. These values underpin how we work with our community and guide the decisions we make.
Our priorities for 2026–2031 focus on Health and Wellbeing and Mental Health, Social Connection and Reducing Isolation, Skills Building and Lifelong Learning, and Community Safety.
Through our six Key Result Areas – Place, Profile, People, Programs, Partnerships, and Processes & Practices – we will strengthen TBCH as an organisation while continuing to deliver meaningful outcomes for our community.
This Plan belongs to our whole community. Its success will be made possible through the contribution of our staff, volunteers, participants, trainers, community groups, partners, funders and supporters.
The Committee of Management looks forward to working together to bring this Plan to life and ensuring TBCH continues to be a place where everyone feels welcome, valued and connected.
