How to enrol

Enrolments for programs at The Basin Community House can be conveniently done online, through email, or in person, accommodating the preferences and needs of community members.

  • A full refund is made if a course has to be cancelled by the The Basin Community House.
  • Refunds (less a $10 administration fee) will only be considered if at least 48 hours’ notice is given before commencement of the course.
  • After course commencement no refund will be given.

Refunds will be paid by cheque or EFTpos credit, depending on payment method, within seven working days, where possible.

All refunds given will be recorded in the refunds file by the House Coordinator.
